Colorado Springs Witches, Warlocks, and Ghouls Ride – Oct 18
Grab your bike and dress as your best witch to ride in support of the Memorial Foundation Circle of Hope. Celebrate spooky season, enjoy the festivities, and pedal for a cause!
Folk’n’Flannel Festival & Fundraiser – Oct 18
Pull on your favorite flannel and head downtown for UpaDowna’s annual Folk’n’Flannel Festival at The Meanwhile Block. Enjoy live music, chili tastings, fall crafts, games, and local brews, all supporting outdoor access for everyone.
Rocky Mountain Women’s Film Festival – Oct 17–19
The 38th annual festival returns to Colorado College! Celebrate inspiring storytelling through film at this long-running community favorite.
Boo at the Zoo – Oct 17–31
Bring your little ghosts and goblins to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo for a wild trick-or-treating adventure! Collect candy made with sustainable palm oil, visit your favorite animals, and enjoy the most spirited Halloween event in town.
Pumpkin Fest at Venetucci Farm – Oct 4–31
Pick the perfect pumpkin and enjoy games, hayrides, flowers, farm animals, and a local makers market. A fall favorite for the whole family!
Pedal Pikes Peak – Oct 11–12
Experience the Pikes Peak Highway by bike before it opens to cars! Ride safely in single file with lights and reflective gear, then enjoy food and fun at the Summit. Overflow parking available at the North Pole Santa’s Workshop.
Manitou Coffin Races – Oct 25
This annual event celebrates local legend Emma Crawford with teams racing handcrafted coffins down Manitou Avenue in full costume and plenty of spirit. It’s fun and uniquely Manitou, a must-see event just minutes from Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort. Come spend the weekend with us and make it a full fall getaway! Watch for our Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort entry "Greased Lightning" in the races and for some famous faces from Iowa's RAGBRAI leading us in the parade. We placed top 10 last year and are hoping to win this year!

Get ready for a spooktacular night with DJ Local Heroes! Costumes are encouraged, and this year’s theme is Beetlejuice. Join us from 6–9 pm for music, dancing, and Halloween fun.
Holidays at the Lodge – Dec 13 and Every Saturday in December
Celebrate the season Buffalo Lodge-style! Cozy up by the fire, enjoy festive drinks, music, and holiday cheer with our bike tribe each Saturday in December.
Cycling Santa – Dec 6
Join the ride that spreads joy! Bring a new, unwrapped toy to donate to Give It Forward and help brighten a child’s Christmas. Suits, lights, and decorated bikes welcome!
