April 4 – Manitou Ebike Grand Opening
Come celebrate with our friends at Manitou Ebikes! [LINK: Manitou Ebikes website] If you've been curious about getting comfortable on an electric bike, this is your moment. Manitou Ebikes offers guided tours around Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, and Garden of the Gods — a perfect introduction to exploring the region on two wheels.
This FREE family-friendly event is one of the best Earth Day celebrations in Colorado Springs. Join us at the Garden of the Gods Visitor Center for interactive activities, educational booths, live animal experiences, crafts, and demonstrations all focused on green living. Fun for every age!
May 3 – Walk Run Roll for Daniel — Benefitting Children's Hospital Colorado
This moving community event — a fun run, walk, and bicycle ride — is a fundraiser honoring Daniel Giffin, who passed away in June 2025, just days before his 18th birthday. Come celebrate his life, ride alongside his community, and help raise funds for Children's Hospital of Colorado.
May 22–25 – Memorial Day Weekend at Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort

Festivals & Celebrations in Colorado Springs
June 12 – Roll Bike Art Festival Opening
Celebrate the intersection of cycling and creativity at the Roll Bike Art Festival [LINK: Roll Bike Art Festival] opening from 5–8 pm. Browse and purchase bicycle-themed artwork from local vendors, enjoy live music, and grab a bite from the food truck. A fun and exciting evening for the whole family! Parking is limited — please walk, bike in, or carpool.
June 13 – Buffalo Lodge 10 Year Anniversary Celebration
We're turning 10, and we're celebrating all day! The festivities begin with our Saturday Resort Bike Ride and close out with live music from yacht rock band Paradise Cove and a food truck on the patio. Community Rides & Group Events
June 18 & July 16 – Upa Downa Pedal Party from Buffalo Lodge
A community group ride organized and led by Upa Downa [LINK: Upa Downa website], departing from the Lodge. Family friendly, welcoming, and fun — the route is announced the week of the ride. All are welcome to join!
July 15 – Wednesday Ride to Buffalo Lodge
Break up the week with a midweek group ride! This casual no-drop ride begins at Goat Patch Brewing and rolls out to Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort. A great way to explore the area and meet fellow cyclists during the week.
September 12 – Rampart Rager Gravel Race — Save the Date!
Mark your calendars for one of the most exciting gravel events in the Pikes Peak Region. Choose from 50k, 75k, or 100k route options. Registration coming soon — but here's the best part: book your stay at Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort and receive 25% off your stay when you register. Ride from your room to the start line!
