Torie

Meet our fearless leader, she bought the historic motor court lodge in 2016. She's passionate about introducing others to the joys of cycling and showcasing the wonders of Colorado Springs. As the host of the Pedal the Springs Podcast and a veteran of RAGBRAI, the ride across Iowa, she’s always ready to inspire and lead new adventures!

Nancy

Nancy, co-owner, matriarch, and vibrant presence at the Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort, enjoys dancing to live music, leading hikes, kayaking, and glamping. She's riding across Iowa for RAGBRAI for the 3rd year with our team. Catch her at the lodge or on a bike!

Sara

In late summer 2022, Sara joined the BLBR team as a front desk staff member and has since advanced to the role of Resort Manager! In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the mountains with her family, visiting local coffee shops, and knitting.

Laura

Laura is an enthusiastic staff member who enjoys hiking at Garden of the Gods, savoring sushi at Nara, and exploring craft fairs with a passion for outdoor adventures and local culture.

Shelby

Shelby joined the Buffalo Lodge Team in May 2023. Shelby handles the creative and marketing needs for the Lodge & events hosted by BLBR. She enjoys dancing to Taylor Swift, crocheting over a latte, and watching cooking shows.

Scott

Scotty, our Grounds & Maintenance Manager since 2016, keeps Buffalo Lodge’s historic grounds and pool in top shape. A native Coloradan and passionate Packers fan, Scotty is always ready with a smile and local tips to enhance your stay.

Oliver

Oliver has been a member of the BLBR team since 2017 and is pursuing a degree in Engineering. Recently, he was awarded the Visit COS Excellence in Hospitality Award, read more about his nomination and award.

Noelle

Noelle joined the BLBR team in late 2024 as Assistant Manager Apprentice. She is learning all things 'hotel management', with dreams of owning her own one day. She is a Colorado Springs native, loves to hike, ski, and go thrifting.
