Rolling with World’s Fastest Human on a Bicycle

Meet my new gal pal Denise Mueller, single mother of three and just one hot, cool and fast chick. She didn't just set the bike land speed record for fastest woman in 2016, she went back to Boneville Salt Flats two years after that to do it again and at 183.9 mph she set the Guinness Book of World Records for Fastest Human!
We're currently on a Rum Runner bike tour together of the Florida Everglades and the Keys with Primal Wear. It's been amazing getting to roll with Denise and the Primal team. As I draft along with the team at speeds I couldn't hit on my own (speeds 9 times slower than her record) I can't even begin to imagine the thrill of drafting at 180 plus!
I took the opportunity on a stop for lunch while at Albabama Jacks in Key Largo to find out more.
