The Colorado Springs Cycling Club is a non-profit community recreational cycling club open to all ages and abilities. It was started in the mid 80s by Bob and Anne Smith following the ending of the Strata Cycling Club. When I moved to Colorado Springs 22 years ago the club became my first family of friends and I fell in love with the Springs riding with them. I’ve been on the board for several years now and also helped put on the Club’s Buena Vista Bike Festival for about 4 years in the 2010s. It was truly my pleasure to be able to host this special live podcast and season kickoff of the Club. There are so many exciting things happening with the club this year. Membership is $21/individual and $28/family for 1 year.
