Frequently Asked Questions

Must I pay in advance?

We typically charge a 1st night deposit to the credit card provided within 1 week of making your reservation (refundable with 7 days prior cancellation notice to check-in). Balance & taxes are due at check-in. We require a $50 [re-authorization for incidentals on all credit card bookings. If paying with a “debit card,” we require a $250 refundable damage deposit as a “funds hold” on your debit card. Visa gift cards and 3rd party payments are not accepted.

Do you allow pets?

Dogs are only allowed in rooms designated as “Dog Friendly” in the title for an additional $50 cleaning fee. These rooms are very popular and limited- please call direct to reserve 719-634-2851.  Animals are not allowed in regular rooms (to respect people with allergies) and a $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if this rule is broken.

Do you have any special offers?

Yes! If you are a return guest, we gladly offer a 10% discount for booking direct. If you are a new guest, we will match 3rd party (Expedia, Booking.com, etc) advertised rates when you provide a link to their ad and call us directly to book.  Always call 719-634-2851 to book & receive your discount. Thank you!

Where can I smoke?

Smoking of any kind (including oil vaping, marijuana, candles & incense) is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and the lobby. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if we suspect smoking occurred in the room.  Please do not smoke within 15 feet of any guest room and the Lodge lobby. Dispose cigarette butts appropriately (not on the ground). City Officials occasionally enforce outdoor smoking & burning bans in the summer months to prevent fires. We support this rule wholeheartedly!
