Join us at the Sparkle Winter Wellness Retreat at Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort on January 23 and 24. This cozy, two day winter reset brings together more than eight local wellness practitioners to support your mind, body, and spirit in the heart of our historic lodge.
This wellness retreat includes a one night stay at Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort along with a full lineup of restorative experiences to help you find your sparkle. Along with time to relax with good food and music, each guest will receive a Therapeutic Chair Massage, a Skin Polishing Facial, Neurofeedback Brain Training, a Reiki Energetic Reset, a Discovery Palm Reading, Gentle Yoga, a Meditative Sound Bath, and a Detoxifying Sauna Session. For the ultimate self-care experience, participants will have the option to add Nail Art, a Stylish Haircut, a Confidence-Building Photo Shoot, and even an additional night at the Lodge.
