About the event
Join Kara and Nicole for a soothing end-of-day water soundbath at the Buffalo Lodge Pool 7:30pm. Come at 6pm for Yoga and stay after for the soundbath!
Float in the heated water or relax on a mat beside the pool, and enjoy a guided meditation and the vibration of the singing bowls to release stress and center your being. Please bring anything you need for comfort: blanket, mat, pillow, pool floaties, etc. Some mats and pool bolsters will be provided. $20-30 sliding scale.
